TRANSPORT SERVICES WITH A CHAUFFER-DRIVEN VEHICLE
Once you send us a detailed request regarding the services you need and make a payment, you shall be accorded our top quality service in a vehicle of your choice with a driver.
At no point in time shall we disclose details contained in your request including your final selection!
We are committed to providing full customer satisfaction and top quality service. Please make sure to precisely formulate your needs to enable us to honor your wishes. Any changes have to be announced before the start of the trip at the latest and paid in advance in certain cases.
Advance payment of 20% of the total sum shall be required as collateral for requested services. Full payment is due 24 hours before the services are set to be rendered at the latest.
The rates for the services include transport of passengers and their baggage as well as passenger insurance.
In case of cancellation of the required services in the wake of force majeure, the customer shall be fully reimbursed. In other cases, customers shall not be reimbursed for reservation costs. Customers who paid in full shall be reimbursed 80% of the full amount they paid only in case when cancellation is made within 48 hours before the services were to be rendered.
In case a customer fails to show up at an agreed address and the set time, upon expiry of half an hour, it shall be understood that he/she had given up the service, without the right to reimbursement.
Any damage caused by a customer shall have to be paid for immediately and without delay.
